Maitek -

In 1998, the director of "Maitek," Vitaliy Storozhuk, developed and implemented the concept of manufacturing magnetic card readers for banks and special POS keyboards for retail businesses. Soon after the successful startup, production of industrial keyboards for thermal power plants was launched. This direction also saw high demand among consumers, as the products produced differed from competitors' offerings with higher performance, reliability, and longer service life.

The products were made in reliable housings with high-level technical specifications, which attracted even more partners and customers. Thus, within a few years, our company reached a whole new level of business operations and opened new horizons. Soon after, the production of controllers for managing turnstiles and children's arcade machines for entertainment establishments, children's play centers, recreational and leisure facilities, and industrial enterprises was launched.

In 2007, "Maitek" developed and launched its proprietary Hotel control (Ho-Co) system. In parallel with the implementation of this new, innovative hotel automation system, production of contactless card readers (RFID), electromechanical cards with intelligent control, and biometric sensors was also started.

As our production expanded rapidly, in 2008, "Maitek" acquired a workshop with an area of 1004.6 m2. Soon after, we obtained distribution rights for products from Custom (Italy) and bill acceptors from Mei (Switzerland). A short time later, our company successfully launched the production of payment terminals for money acceptance and the SMART-safe intelligent system.

In 2010, "Maitek" introduced small-scale production and the implementation of the Hotel control (Ho-Co) system at more than 150 facilities, as well as developed new software for corporate payment systems for our clients.

In 2011, we succeeded in implementing another innovation—software for processing signals from television sensors.

In 2013, "Maitek" developed intelligent video surveillance modules based on facial recognition for safe operations at commercial facilities.

In 2014, our developers created a prototype of an intelligent system based on 4D biosensors. In connection with this, we launched the production of Wi-Fi modules for wireless data transmission from the manufactured controllers. In addition to the implemented systems, we also developed offline payment systems based on RFID cards.

In 2015, specialists from "Maitek" enhanced the performance of existing software and developed technical specifications for hotels and care homes for elderly and disabled people. In the same year, we entered a new market: the company automated the largest aquapark on the Adriatic coast in Montenegro.

2016 was also a year full of developments: our company created a portable reader for offline and online payments with a Wi-Fi interface. Soon, our proprietary 4Biosens project received a quality certificate under the Horizon 2020 program.

In 2022, we developed our own thermal energy storage system, which we plan to introduce to the EU markets.
