We integrate all payment nodes, cash registers, and payment terminals into a unified system on one side, and access points and turnstiles on the other. As a water park manager, you gain full control over all payments through a "single window" mode – including entry to the territory, parking fees, hotel payments, dining establishments, and aqua zone services.

The company "Maitek" is a member of the Association of Water Parks of Ukraine and specializes in implementing modern accounting and financial automation solutions for entertainment centers, including water parks.

Among the projects we have launched are the largest water park in Ukraine (with a capacity of 1,200 visitors) in Lviv and the "Dyvosvit" leisure center in Kyiv. We have also automated the large shopping and entertainment center "Megamall" in Vinnytsia, a mini water park in Odesa, a water park in the city of Ochakiv, and aqua zones in an entertainment center in Yerevan. Our flagship water park automation project is the largest water park on the Adriatic, located in Budva.

The completion time for the comprehensive automation of a water park (including entrance control, food services, saunas, SPA, and other provided services, excluding the locker room locking system) ranges from 7 to 20 days.

• The quality of customer service improves - now payments become more convenient. The customer no longer has to search for change, wait for the remainder, or worry about cash security – any transactions can be made with a bracelet;

• Purchasing power increases, the average check or purchase amount grows – customers are not limited by the amount of cash they have, and can use debit or credit accounts;

• The seller reduces risks associated with theft and employee fraud, and the circulation of cash is minimized by increasing the share of cashless payments.

About the water park payment system

The payment operations with the client can be organized in several ways:

1.Deposit system provides the possibility of offering services within the water park and purchasing goods only within the amount available on the client’s account. Services or goods on credit are not possible;

2.Credit system grants the visitor a limited credit line, which, when reached, requires the client to repay the debt. Final settlement with the client is made at the exit from the water park.

3.Combined system - when opening an account, the client deposits a certain amount, and after spending it, a credit line is provided.

The company "Maitek" has its own production for pressing plastic (lightweight HPL) and manufacturing locker cabinets. All cabinet parts are reinforced with aluminum profiles. The electronic locks are resistant to aggressive actions (active chlorine) and function in online mode. The cabinets come with a 10-year warranty.

Turnstiles for water parks from "Maitek"

The company "Maitek" manufactures specialized controllers, which are installed on turnstiles. Turnstiles within the water park are installed in three zones:

1. Cash register zone;

2. Additional paid zones;

3. Access to extreme slides.

All turnstiles with controllers function in online mode. This allows for the collection and analysis of statistical data.

Intelligent sensors for water attractions from "Maitek"

To enhance safety on water attractions, intelligent sensors with various functions are used to strengthen safety measures and prevent accidents on extreme slides.
